Overview

The story in brief

DoubleD Fashion ERP is a fully bespoke system built from the ground up for DoubleD Fashion, a garment factory – no off-the-shelf platform bent into shape, but software written against how this one factory actually operates.

It runs the business end to end: the full manufacturing process, stock and materials, and the entire employee side – HR, attendance, performance, and payroll – in one system rather than four.

02

The challenge

Off-the-shelf ERPs assume a generic factory. DoubleD Fashion's manufacturing process, material flow, and payroll rules are specific to their floor, and every packaged product asked them to change how they work to fit the software.

Meanwhile the real operation ran on disconnected tools: paper attendance registers, ad-hoc spreadsheets for orders and stock, and no live view of where a production line actually stood mid-shift.

The system had to work for people who live on the factory floor, not at a desk – fast to read at a glance, forgiving to operate, and dependable enough to replace records the business legally relies on.

03

The approach

We started from their process, not a template. Every module was scoped against how DoubleD Fashion already runs, so the ERP fits the factory 100% instead of asking the factory to adapt to it.

We modeled the plant as it actually works: employees, shifts, lines, processes, and materials – then built every screen on that shared model, so production, stock, attendance, and payroll always agree with each other.

Data entry happens where work happens. Supervisors log process checkpoints from the line, attendance flows in from the gate, and management sees the aggregate without anyone compiling a report.

Dashboards are opinionated: instead of raw tables, each role gets the three or four numbers that matter for the decision in front of them, with drill-down when something looks off.

What we built

The modules that carry DoubleD Fashion from raw material to payslip.

01badge

HR & employee records

A complete workforce registry – roles, documents, and history – replacing paper files with searchable records.

02schedule

Attendance & shifts

Daily attendance captured at the gate and reconciled against shift rosters, with exceptions surfaced automatically.

03precision_manufacturing

Manufacturing process

Orders move through DoubleD Fashion's own process stages with checkpoints logged from the line – a live view of every batch.

04inventory_2

Stock management

Raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods tracked as production consumes them – stock levels reflect the floor, not last week's count.

05monitoring

Line dashboards

Per-line output, efficiency, and bottleneck views that update through the shift, not at the end of it.

06workspace_premium

Performance reviews

Operator performance builds from tracked work, giving reviews a factual base instead of recollection.

07request_quote

Payroll

Payroll runs on the attendance and performance already in the system, following the factory's own pay rules – gate to payslip without re-keying.

08admin_panel_settings

Role-based access

Supervisors, HR, and management each see exactly their slice – with an audit trail behind every change.

09lab_profile

Operational reports

Scheduled and on-demand reports across workforce and production, generated from live data instead of compiled by hand.

Architecture

  • conversion_pathOne shared factory model – employees, shifts, lines, processes, materials – underpins every module, so numbers agree across the system.
  • conversion_pathCapture apps at the gate and on the floor sync through the core API, keeping records live without desk-side data entry.
  • conversion_pathReporting runs on scheduled workers against read-optimized views, so heavy aggregation never slows the floor.

100%

Custom-built, zero off-the-shelf

One system for manufacturing, stock, and people – scattered spreadsheets and paper registers replaced with tracked processes and clear visibility.

An ERP shaped entirely around DoubleD Fashion's process, so the factory kept working the way it works instead of bending to a packaged product.

Supervisors log work where it happens and management reads live dashboards, removing the daily report-compiling ritual.

Attendance, performance, and payroll flow in one pipeline, cutting manual reconciliation and the errors that came with it.
