Custom applications are scoped and milestone-priced during discovery. The studio does not charge by the hour; your scope and price are fixed in writing before work begins.

Each Darko NoveX tier lists an explicit "Not included" set – for example, copywriting and photography sit outside Launch Site, and payment processing sits outside Business Pro. Anything outside a tier's listed scope is quoted separately as a change request rather than added silently, so the signed price never moves without approval.

Business Pro adds a CMS, bilingual support, and lead capture to a marketing site for LKR 100,000. E-Commerce builds on Business Pro and adds a product catalogue, shopping cart, local payment gateway integration, and inventory tracking for LKR 199,000 – the tier to choose once the site needs to take payments.

Fixed-price tiers are invoiced on delivery per the signed scope. Custom Application engagements split payment across three milestones: 30% at build kickoff, 40% at the staging demo, and 30% at go-live. Darko NoveX ties each instalment to a visible deliverable, not a calendar date.

Darko NoveX quotes any change outside the agreed scope as a change request at LKR 15,000 per dev-day, in half-day minimum increments. The change is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts – never billed retroactively – so a shifting requirement never turns into a surprise invoice.
